Yoga is open to and can benefit everyone, you don't need to be super flexible, fit or strong. Postures can be adapted to suit all levels of ability and for contra indications. Classes work to build strength and suppleness throughout the body and improve focus and concentration in the mind. See more benefits.

My aim is to work with individuals whatever level you may be to get you where you want to be, be it physically, mentally or both. Or you may just want to have some time out to be yourself with like minded people. Classes are very friendly and small enough that everyone has a good level of individual attention.

No special equipment is needed, spare mats are available and yoga is done in bare feet. Just bring yourself in loose/stretchy comfortable clothing, you may also like to bring a warm sweater or blanket for relaxation at the end.

So no excuses, just get yourself along to a class.
